Fully Automatic Water Purification Device

This series of water purification units integrates the essence of processes such as coagulation, sedimentation, sludge discharge, backwashing, water collection, and filtration, achieving fully automated operation without manual intervention. It is an essential water purification unit for realizing automated management in water plants. When paired with our factory-produced ZJ-type automatic dosing devices and disinfection equipment, it can form a fully functional water purification station (plant).

This series of water purification units not only has a wide range of applications and excellent treatment efficiency with superior effluent quality, but also features low self-consumption of water, reduced power consumption, and a compact footprint. It saves water, electricity, and labor, making it a new energy-saving product that eliminates the need for auxiliary pumps and facilities.

Scope of Application:
1. Suitable for water plants in rural towns, industrial, and mining enterprises that use various rivers, lakes, reservoirs, etc., with raw water turbidity less than 300mg/L as water sources, serving as the main water treatment unit.
2. Has special adaptability to lake water sources with low temperature, low turbidity, and seasonal algae.
3. Acts as a pretreatment device for high-purity water, beverage industry water, boiler water, etc.
4. Used in various industrial circulating water systems to effectively and significantly improve the quality of recycled water.
5. Employed in reclaimed water treatment systems, using effluent from sewage plants as the water source, serving as treatment equipment for purified reuse water.

Main Features:
1. Apart from the management of the primary pump room and dosing system, the water purification unit itself automates a series of operational processes including reaction, coagulation, sedimentation, sludge collection, sludge discharge, water collection, water distribution, filtration, backwashing, and sludge discharge. Operators only need to perform periodic water quality monitoring without manual operation of the unit.
2. The high-concentration flocculation layer allows impurity particles in the raw water to fully collide, contact, and adsorb, enabling adaptation to various raw water temperatures and turbidity levels with high impurity removal rates. It also has algae removal functionality under annual operating conditions.
3. The rapid sludge concentration chamber and adjustable automatic sludge discharge system ensure timely removal of excess sludge and impurities, maintaining stable impurity removal rates.
4. Excellent coagulation and sedimentation effects ensure consistently good effluent quality.
5. The innovative and unique water collection system with the lowest water head ensures more uniform and efficient water collection, improving volumetric utilization and offering significant energy savings due to the extremely low water head.

Automation of the water purification system not only guarantees filtration efficiency (effluent turbidity remains below 3mg/L when raw water turbidity is less than 3000mg/L) but also enables automatic backwashing without the need for additional backwash pumps or air compressors, saving substantial capital investment and daily operating costs.
